Project Overview

Designed by Hugo Pinto, I developed this website exactly as Diana and Hugo envisioned it. It's crucial to bring a project from the drawing board to life just as the client wants. Hugo chose contrasting colors of blue and yellow (gold), adding a touch of luxury. Although it has a simple, old-school design and structure, it meticulously guides the visitor through all the information Diana wants to share.

Scope of Work: Website Development

Process: When Diana contacted me, she was in a hurry to launch her website. So, I focused on being especially efficient in developing this website to make Diana's life easier. Diana ensured that Hugo and I stayed in constant contact throughout the development process so I could quickly get his assistance regarding the design if needed. I used an app that allowed me to transfer the design to a functional website in Elementor within minutes. This approach sped up the process significantly, requiring only minor adjustments and tweaks.

Difficulties: Using an external app to transfer the Figma design to Elementor was a mixed blessing. While it accelerated the process, it also introduced a lot of bugs and messy elements. Cleaning up these issues was time-consuming, but it was still much faster than developing the website from scratch.

Enjoyable Aspects: Developing this website was really fun. The whole process went incredibly well despite some inevitable problems and bumpy roads. Overall, I learned a lot, and Diana is happy with the result, which is a huge win for me.

Final Thoughts

Diana was the real MVP of this project. She was incredibly generous and cautious throughout the entire process, making a significant difference. Thank you so much, Diana!
